Refund policy
At GENCLEUS PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED, we are dedicated to providing quality nutraceutical and herbaceutical products to our customers. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out, and we strive to facilitate resolutions in such cases.
We have a 2- day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Reporting Issues: If the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours(2 days) of delivery. Include detailed information and photos to support your claim.

2. Evaluation: We will assess your claim in consultation with the vendor and may request additional information or return of the product for verification.
- Issue Reporting: If you believe the product received differs significantly from its description on our website, notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide details of the discrepancy.
- Investigation and Resolution: We will investigate your claim and may offer a replacement, a full or partial refund, or another resolution based on the specific circumstances.
- Refund Initiation: Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 6-8 days after the claim is resolved.
- Refund Method: Refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by you or if that method is no longer feasible
