  3. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery via the courier’s website.

International Shipping

  1. Process: For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. 
  2. Courier Services: Orders are shipped via reputed international courier companies. Each shipment is registered, ensuring it can be tracked until it reaches you.
  3. Customs and Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. Gencleus is not responsible for these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
